You need to pay for the petrol, any toll fees and any parking fines, speeding or red camera tickets.

You can pay with credit card, Bank transfer or cash.

The Insurance excess is a fee that the insurance company charges to process your claim.

If you don't pay the excess your claim will not be processed by the insurance company.

First thing you must do is move to a safe spot eg. footpath or (Do Not Stand on the Road). Make sure the other driver/rider is also in a safe spot. Exchange details with the other driver/rider like Name, Phone number, vehicle registration and insurance company name. If your scooter is not ride-able call us to organise a pickup.
